Physiotherapist. Specialist in manual therapy. Lecturer on postgraduate courses in the USA, China, Japan, and England. Creator of the Myofascial Induction Therapy (MIT). Author of Myofascial Induction, McGraw-Hill, Madrid, 2003. Co-author of several books and articles on manual therapy edited in England, Spain, Italy, and the USA. Director of the Tupimek School of Myofascial Therapies, Madrid. He has participated in multiple international conferences in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Venezuela, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Mexico, USA, Canada, and Japan. Permanent professor in the master’s programme at ONCE EUF, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Professor in postgraduate courses on manual therapy and myofascial therapy in different universities in Europe and America. Founding member of the Fascia Research Society. He has conducted research on fascial anatomy using non-embalmed cadaver dissections.
